Design Experiences
We have experiences on multidiscipline facilities design work for Owners as well as EPC Companies. We have completed offshore platforms, FPSO enhancement, FEED of LPG extraction plant and major platform modifications since 2003.
Design Quality Assurance
Prior to issuing engineering documents to Clients, documents shall be review and approved and authorized in our design office internally.
In general review and approval includes two steps :
1.Review and approval within discipline engineering
Engineering documents are prepared by discipline engineer then reviewed by lead engineer and approved by principal or senior engineer.
2.Inter-discipline review
Lead discipline is responsible to request document control to issue document internally for inter-discipline review
Regular design review meetings are conducted between the engineering team with representative from procurement and construction teams during verification of basic engineering documents and development of detailed engineering documents.
Fixed Platforms & Floating Production Storage Offloading Systems/FPSO Design
ISB provides a broad range of services in support of the design and installation of Fixed Offshore Platforms & Floating Production Storage and Offloading Systems.
The company uses a wide range of numerical modeling and computer simulation techniques to help the offshore oil & gas industry to optimize design, minimize commercial risk and maximize safety.
The services embrace all types of floating systems including: FPSO, FSO, SPM and Spar Buoys.
Subsea Pipelines&Installation Engineering Design/Analysis
including consultancy services such as survey and route selection, feasibility and cost studies, procurement, contracting and construction supervision.
ISB Engineering was initially formed to provide engineering service to the offshore installation contractors.
Although ISB has grown as a general offshore engineering company, Installation Engineering constitute a major part of ISB activities.
